Here Comes the Bride!

No, we are not getting married again... but this last weekend I did get to feel like a bride!

The Bridal Showcase asked me and Emily if we would model wedding dresses for their fashion show.  We wore some really amazing, expensive dresses that were beyond beautiful!  And I can't say that I don't like people whistling at and clapping for me as I walk by!

Emily's cute in-laws came to see us for the first show... and both of our husbands came for the 4th.

A salon did our hair and make-up. At first they put these awful eyelashes on me.  They were so heavy I could barely keep my eyes open!

Kyle says they looked like caterpillars growing on my eyes.

But I looked better when they put on some lighter ones:

We each wore over a dozen dresses.  I was picked to be the first one to go out... When I got off stage it was run run run.  I had a dresser who literally ripped me out of the dress and threw another one over my head and I was running to get back on the run way!

The best part of the show was in between when I perused  the booths and ate gelato and cupcakes until my heart was content!

We also loved the photo booths!

I know--- the last picture of me is hot!

MoTab Concert

Cute Kristin and Mike (Kyle's parents who don't like me to call them Mom and Pa Summers or any similar variation) won the raffle for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir's Christmas Concert-- which is a huge hit every year.
They couldn't think of any better looking couple to go with than us!

We started out with a yummy dinner at the Olive Garden, where we learned this beautiful couple is making us an aunt and uncle again!

Brother-in-law Mark and his wife Jenelyn joined us for dinner.   They got really close seats at the concert... and kept saying how close they were to the prophet.  Mike, Kristin Kyle and I are so good we got to sit up in the expensive balcony seats.

I love the singing and dancing... I have to try out next year!

Thanks for taking us Pops and Ma!!

Its a Wonderful Life

After a ton of "hints", sweet Kyle surprised me with tickets to Odyssey Dance Theaters Its a Wonderful Life.  We had a great time at dinner and the show at Kinsburry Hall.

The dancers were amazingly talented... Kyle just wished there would have been words for him to follow along with!

I haven't been posting much... because I have been working so much!
Which isn't good... because I love to share my life with those who I love.
And I love everyone! (almost... working on it)

This past weekend I acquired tickets to The New Moon Experience basically it was an event for the Twilight Obsessed.  I got to take 3 of my cute girl friends...
before judging me in these pictures... let me tell you the story:

There were some girls in hair school there doing up-do's... we all told them to do our hair "funky"  I ended up with some Fergi braid... the other girls got ringlets!

This is all of us by "Bella's Truck" which was the coolest thing there!

Besides the photo booths:
No joke I felt Lind's teeth on my face!

We went over to Jordan Common's where, you can guess it... we took more pictures of our beautiful selves... and got our pictures done.

Kyle took Trax to meet up with us.  I was getting my make-up done to look like a vampire, so I didn't hear his calls.  He spent about a half hour in the cold... and then had to go to the midnight showing with this freak:  ( my cute friends made me the shirt)

Do I look like a vampire?

I loved the movie... Kyle even liked it.
But I would like it to be known that I am not a crazy... and that I was a Jacob Black girl the entire time (even before he took his shirt off)

Flagger Fball

We are so cool.  We played flag football on Saturday with BOYS and GIRLS!
I loved it.
We won 4 out of 6 games.
But that isn't so bad... really I have never played football.
I rock... if you need me to join your team I will.
(You can have kyle too... he is rockin fast)

((Don't worry we are married so Kyle CAN grab my bum!))

The Headband Bandit Cooks

I kidnapped my little sisters for some slave labor the other day.
I really like to do the once a month cooking.  And look we filled the freezer almost halfway!

(don't worry... in the last picture we are all trying to do an Amy face.))
Now if I can only get Kyle to take one out of the freezer and put it in the oven!

Witch Way

I can't believe I didn't say anything about WITCHAPALOOZA.
It was the cutest show at Gardner Village.
We celebrated my dads 596th Birthday and Kyles 238th.

Ryan even got some boa lovin'

YEAH

I love the show Good Things Utah... and guess what... now I am a Good Things Girl!

No, I'm not hosting (I wish) but I am the new producer of the show and couldn't be more thrilled!

Right now this is a huge blessing to Kyle and I. I now will be working normal hours and with awesome people.  I will dearly miss my photographers but this is a great opportunity to produce an award winning show!

If anyone has any ideas for the show let me know!
KEEP WATCHING!

4,000,000 Legos

Legoland... a new adventure for both of us.
Tons of things made out of only legos

Kyle “loved” this little kids jeep ride. We were too big to ride together. One adult per car period. Even if we are cute.
We were so tired from walking all week.

Kyle is strong.

This pirates ride was the coolest. Everyone had a water shooting cannon to soak people with.

Kyle made us wait in the longest line in the world for this lame log ride.

Adventures in California

TOWER OF TERROR... a must for all persons.

This was basically our last ride... make it your first because it rocks your socks.

Lines for Mickey and Minnie pictures= too long.  Pluto=perfect

Emily is lucky... she got one with Cindy.

But we got Mayter

The Bugs Life show is super cute and full of suprises.

There was candycorn everywhere.

It was Kyle's best birthday ever... he got a new pet!

Where MAgiC happens

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Disneyland.  It is litterally magical.

It was really rainy... but I told the group it was a blessing (shorter lines)

Ky's Faves:
Space Mountain, Pirates
Doll's Faves:
Everything!

(My sister has all of the photos... just wait!)

I can show you the Sea World

Kyle loves sharks.
I love adventure!

No joke Flipper came right up to kyle... no invitation required.  I jumped in and got to touch him too.
But poor Emily tried for like a half hour... and never got to touch!

Waiting for the Shamu replacement show!

Kyle made me go on the Alantis ride.  I got soaked.  It was freezing driving home with Ryan and his AC at night!

Knotts of Fun

The first day of our vacation in California... was planned for Knotts Berry Farm.  The only problem... we didn't know they closed at 5:30 and we got there at 4.

It was all decked out for Halloween!  And some of it was really cool.  Little JuNu saw a one of the scary masked men and kept saying Scary man, scary man. I thought it was hilarious.

Kyle and I went on this really awesome ride the Silver Bullet. It is the rockinist coaster I have ever been on. Ever!

While kyle was in the bathroom… I made my sister, Emily, ride it with me. No joke she was screaming so loud that I couldn’t breath because I was laughing so hard.

There are 4 seats in the front and we were sitting by these 2 teen boys. They were cracking up too… not only that we were seated at the table next to theirs at dinner that night!

They also have a ride just like Lagoon’s Rocket… but like twice as big!! Kyle and I loved it.

We want to go back again soon!

Time for Introductions

That's right... I am finally introducing my good friend Mickey to my Sweet Husband.  Next week we are spending One day in Disneyland... one in California Adventures and another at sea world.                                                                (I'll make sure to get a picture of Kyle and his new friend)

The Circus was in town...

That's right... I am really behind on the whole blogging world... but don't worry I'm catchin up.

Last week my family and Kyle and I went to the CIRCUS! I have never been but I loved it.

They really did have some amazing acts... but unfortunately I jsut read a press release from PETA about how the animals were abused... and I had a hard time watching the elephant and tiger show.

It really was magic.

GNO

GIRLS NIGHT OUT!
Just a few days early...
My cute little sisters and I went shopping with Oma.
We usually go Conference weekend... but we went on Thursday this time.

Oma always buys us an icecream to share yum.

Oma was so cute... and generous.

Little Laura decided she wanted to sleep over.  She came with Kyle and I to our dance lessons... and helped me organize my pantry again.

Payson

My mom and I went to visit my older sister Emily and her family in Payson.

Here is JuJu in the ugly cirus hat I brought for her.

I mad by mom wear those ugly glasses... so that she would look like a 60's girl.  It worked

This is my cute mom and baby Ju Ju at the Ty resturant Emily suggested.

Technical Problems

Last week I was so stressed... I thought it was my life that was having techincal problems... instead of---well, everything else.

Let me start off by saying just a few weeks ago our bank account went down 4k after paying for tuition.
That was hard.
Our laptop broke.
Hearing the word "mother-board" and dead
Hard.
Then Kyles car broke.
When I went to pick him up.  Mine overheated like crazy.
We drove with the heat on.
Then the car broke.
No car, no computer.

Borrow little brother's laptop.
Use it. Turn it off.
In the morning.
That's right... it's broke.

AH.

But this week I realize it all really doesn't matter.
I have the love of my life still beside me.
Life is good.

Dancin'

My Romantic Husband... bought us really expensive Ballroom Dancing lessons.
We went on Thursday night for the first time and we both had a blast.

I really believe it was a sacrifice for Kyle.
1. He hates dancing (but this wasn't so bad, he said everyone looked just as stupid as he did)
2. USU was playing the U at the same time
We aren't pros yet... but are learning

Check kyle out

Saying Goodbye to a Great Man

I knew him as Grandpa Farrrell... But he was so much more to so many people.
He passed away this weekend.
The viewing was so crowded I am sure the whole of Box Elder County showed up.
Grandpa Farrell was the kind of man who knew how to truly love.
I felt his love for me, from the moment that we met.
I can't wait to see him again.
